ADT announced last week that it was awarded an “A” rating by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), a jump from its previous “B+” rating.

According to the BBB, improvements in customer feedback and quicker responses to customer problems and concerns are to credit for the rating boost.

“We’re honored that the BBB has rated ADT among the top companies in the industry,” Shawn Lucht, ADT’s Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, said. “As a company, we strive every day to earn and keep businesses. Our customers are at the center of every decision we make.”
