Frontpoint, one of our top-ranked full-service DIY security systems, just added Personalized Emergency Response to its list of features. This enhanced service lets customers add vital medical information like allergies or preexisting conditions to their accounts. Emergency responders will have access to this information when an alarm is activated.

Emergency responders can deliver help faster and more accurately when they have medical information from the get-go. During a crisis, it can be difficult for people to communicate crucial information—especially if they are suffering a medical emergency. Personalized Emergency Response effectively takes the burden off the people in crisis and allows emergency responders to arrive with advanced knowledge of critical medical details.

Customers can add this update to their account for free by calling support at +1-877-602-5276. Frontpoint told us that customers will also be able to add the update using the Frontpoint app soon.

Frontpoint is a DIY home security system that offers a full lineup of home security equipment and professional monitoring. Frontpoint’s equipment options rival high-end, professionally-installed security companies like Vivint and ADT, providing multiple security camera and sensor options.
